If we have a referral relationship with a PSP under consideration, it's in writing before we start. You decide whether to include them.
No hourly bill
Engagements are scoped and quoted up front. If scope grows, we agree it and re-paper. We never bury it in a monthly invoice.
No handoff
The person you brief does the work. Where specialist input is needed, we bring it in transparently.

Verbal advice is forgettable and contestable. Every recommendation lands as a written deliverable you can circulate to a board.

He started PayBrokr because the consultancy market had a structural gap: nobody was offering Irish SMEs and mid-market businesses genuinely independent payments advice. The big firms wouldn't take a €15k project. The "independents" turned out to be resellers.
